City of Selma Awarded $4,416,000 Grant for Rockwell Pond Park

TPA congratulates the City of Selma (a TPA client) for being awarded a grant in the amount of $4,416,000 from the Statewide Parks Grant Program administered by the California Department of Parks and Recreation.

The City will use these funds to create Rockwell Pond Park which will be a 28-acre park featuring a new playground, water play park, walking trail, two basketball courts, an open space area, two picnic shelters, restrooms, and lighting and landscaping throughout the park.

This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of the City to pursue its mission to protect and promote the quality of life of its residents and the prosperity of its businesses.
