City of Costa Mesa Awarded $664,194 for Assistance to Firefighters Grant

TPA congratulates the City of Costa Mesa for being awarded a grant in the amount of $664,194 from the Assistance to Firefighters Grant administered by FEMA.

The proceeds from this grant will be used to fund critically needed resources to equip and train emergency personnel, enhance efficiencies, and support community resilience.

This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of the City of Costa Mesa leadership to protect and promote the quality of life of its residents and the prosperity of its businesses.

City of Murrieta Awarded $123,300 for Murrieta Hot Springs Road Rehabilitation Project

Congratulations to the City of Murrieta who was awarded a $123,200 grant from the CalRecycle Rubberized Pavement Grant. The award will go to the Murrieta Hot Springs Road Rehabilitation Project.

CalRecycle provides this grant to areas across the state for use of rubberized asphalt which is a sustainable alternative for road paving. According to the CalRecycle website: “Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt to be used on the Murrieta Hot Springs Road Rehabilitation project from Madison Avenue to Alta Murrieta Road and Hancock Avenue Rehabilitation project from Las Brisas Road South to Murrieta Hot Springs Road.”

This latest achievement is an example of the commitment of City leadership to protect and promote the quality of life for all residents in its service area.

City of Selma Awarded $167,000 for Downtown Projects

TPA congratulates the City of Selma for being awarded a grant in the amount of $167,000 from the Fresno COG Measure C Transit-Oriented Development Grant Program.

The proceeds from this grant will be used to fund the downtown Selma Revitalization and Strategic Plan and will include the Downtown Overlay Zone, finalization of a Business Improvement District, and the creation of a Strategic Plan for Downtown Selma.

This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of the City of Selma leadership to protect and promote the quality of life of its residents and the prosperity of its businesses.

Orange County Pacific Symphony Awarded $20,000 for COVID Recovery Arts Grant

TPA congratulates the Orange County Pacific Symphony for being awarded a grant in the amount of $20,000 from the County of Orange: COVID Recovery Arts Grant.

The proceeds from the Arts and Related Small Business and Non-profit Grant Relief Program will be used to assist Pacific Symphony as it recovers from the financial impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. This funding supports the creative community, small businesses, and non-profits that were forced to temporarily close its doors in 2020 and are now re-opening.
