Amanda Conklin
Director of Operations
Amanda leads the Business Management team, encompassing many functions including finance, operations, human resources, and compliance for each of TPA’s five offices. She supervises all core business and operational functions and is responsible for the performance of every non-client management task in the organization.

- Financial Analyst serving K-12 and Community College Districts throughout California
- Finance Associate for a luxury hotel and resort management company
- Service Coordinator and Event Planner for a non-profit organization
