Andy supports TPA clients by conducting grant research, developing funding analyses, and assisting with the preparation of competitive grant applications across state and federal programs. Her academic training and professional experience equip her with strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex program requirements into actionable guidance for local government clients. Andy’s work includes:

• Conducting comprehensive research on state and federal grant programs, eligibility criteria, and agency priorities to identify funding opportunities aligned with client projects.
• Preparing clear and concise grant opportunity summaries, matrices, and eligibility analyses to support client decision-making and strategic planning.
• Assisting with the development of grant narratives, supporting documentation, and application materials, ensuring compliance with agency guidelines and deadlines.
• Tracking federal and state funding cycles, Notices of Funding Opportunity, and agency announcements to keep clients informed of emerging opportunities.
• Collaborating with TPA’s advocacy and grants teams to support client strategies, compile data, and develop written materials that strengthen funding competitiveness.
