  • James conducts comprehensive research and analysis on federal legislation, policy proposals, and regulatory developments, preparing detailed reports and summaries to keep TPA’s clients informed about key federal initiatives and opportunities.
  • James monitors legislative proceedings, federal agency activities, and budget cycles to identify funding opportunities, policy trends, and appropriations relevant to client priorities.
  • James builds and maintains relationships with Congressional offices and federal agencies, advocating for client projects and priorities while supporting meetings, events, and advocacy trips with key stakeholders in Washington, DC.
  • James prepares funding opportunity analyses and provides strategic guidance to help clients navigate complex federal funding programs and align advocacy efforts with their goals.
  • James collaborates with TPA’s federal advocacy team to develop proposals, create client updates, and highlight success stories demonstrating TPA’s impact at the federal level.
