We are thrilled to announce that TPA has successfully secured $180,000 in competitive funding in partnership with the City of Millbrae through the San Mateo County Transportation Authority’s Alternative Congestion Relief & Transportation Demand Management grant program (Cycle 2) for the Millbrae Shuttle Feasibility Study!
This funding will support the City’s efforts to encourage the use of sustainable transportation options and enhance mobility. The initiative will work toward ensuring that people’s trips are safe, reliable, and convenient while discouraging driving, managing congestion, and reducing vehicle miles traveled.

This transformative funding will create more opportunities for bicycle transportation along Oceana Boulevard, a critical route that connects key educational, business, and residential centers. The award will not only promote cycling as a viable mode of transportation, but will also reduce traffic congestion, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and improve public health by encouraging physical activity.
