City of Union City Secures $112,227

We are thrilled to announce that TPA has successfully secured $112,227 in competitive funding in partnership with the City of Union City through the California Department of Justice’s Tobacco grant program!

This transformative funding will strengthen Union City’s tobacco enforcement efforts, enhancing public health and safety across the community. By focusing on reducing illegal tobacco sales and promoting compliance with local regulations, the funding will help protect youth and vulnerable populations from harmful tobacco exposure, underscoring the City’s efforts to create a healthier environment for all residents.

City of Pinole Secures $700,000

We are thrilled to announce that TPA has successfully secured $700,000 in competitive funding in partnership with the City of Pinole through the California Energy Commission’s Local Government Building Decarbonization Challenge Project grant program!

This transformative funding will support Pinole’s efforts to increase energy efficiency, improve permit processes, adopt local codes and ordinances, and support access to workforce training.

City of Mendota Secures $375,000

We are thrilled to announce that TPA has successfully secured $375,000 in competitive funding in partnership with the City of Mendota through the U.S. Department of Justice‘s Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Hiring Grant program for the hiring of additional law enforcement personnel!

This funding will will enhance public safety by increasing law enforcement visibility and reducing response times to incidents. This added support will help build stronger community-police relationships, fostering trust and collaboration to address local challenges effectively. With a more robust police presence, residents can enjoy a safer environment, promoting economic growth and overall quality of life.
