City of Placentia Awarded $640,000 Grant for La Placita Parkette Renovation

TPA congratulates the City of Placentia (a TPA client) for being awarded a grant in the amount of $640,000 from the Statewide Parks Grant Program administered by the California Department of Parks and Recreation.

The City will use these funds to complete the La Placita Parkette renovation. Improvements to the park will include the constructing a new playground with fencing, as well as lighting and new landscaping throughout the park.

This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of the City to pursue its mission to protect and promote the quality of life of its residents and the prosperity of its businesses.
