City of Placentia Secures $2,753,000

We are so excited to congratulate the City of Placentia for successfully securing a grant award in the amount of $2,753,000 through the Orange County Complete Streets Program (OCCSP) administered by the Orange County Transportation Authority to increase recreational access and mobility for community residents.

The funding, which will support the final design and construction of a safe, accessible shared-use recreational trail in the Atwood community of Placentia, will drastically benefit the residents and small businesses in the area. Additionally, the trail will ensure bicyclists and pedestrians remain protected by separating those using the path from vehicular traffic. This project will significantly increase community connectivity and encourage continued development and growth throughout Placentia.

This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of the City to provide a safe family atmosphere, superior public services, and policies that promote the highest standards of community life.

TPA Hosts City of Kingsburg D.C. Advocacy Trip

TPA was honored to facilitate a successful Washington, DC advocacy trip on behalf of the City of Kingsburg! During the trip, Mayor Brandon Pursell Jr. met with Congressman Jim Costa to discuss several critical City priorities, including public safety, infrastructure, and community development.

The City of Kingsburg has a number of exciting ongoing initiatives, such as such as the T-Mobile Call Center and safety improvements on State Route 201. As the City continues to grow, continued engagement at the federal level will be crucial to ensuring the community has the resources it needs to thrive. We thank the federal partners for their support and look forward to years of continued partnership and growth.

City of Laguna Beach Opens Moulton Meadow Dog Park

What a paw-some celebration! Congratulations to the City of Laguna Beach on officially opening the Moulton Meadows Park Dog Play Area! The new and upgraded park amenities, including benches, fencing, irrigation systems, turf, and landscaping, will surely be enjoyed by dogs and community residents alike.

TPA was proud to work alongside the City and California Senator Dave Min to help secure $300,000 in fiscal year 2023-2024 state budget funding to make this project a reality.

TPA is absolutely THRILLED to announce that we have officially secured $3 billion in competitive state, federal, and local funding for our clients and their legacy projects!

This accomplishment is a testament to TPA’s incredible team of advocates and grant writers, as well as to the commitment of our clients to champion the needs of their local communities. The funding secured has been utilized for countless innovative projects, including ambitious public safety initiatives, parks and recreation facility rehabilitations, workforce development programs, transportation infrastructure repairs, and clean, safe drinking water programs. These efforts are a critical component to protecting California residents and safeguarding a better future for generations to come.
