TPA congratulates the Kings Canyon Unified School District (a TPA client) for being awarded a $348,879 grant from the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Program, administered by the Fresno Council of Governments.
The proceeds from this grant will be used to fund the purchase of two compressed natural gas (CNG) school buses.
This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of District leadership to provide students with the necessary resources to succeed.
It’s also a reflection of the dedication and hard work by TPA Associate Gary Rogers to ensure a successful grant application.

TPA congratulates the City of Dinuba (a TPA client) for being awarded a $159,797 grant from the Sustainable Transportation Planning Grant Program, administered by the California Department of Transportation.
The proceeds from this grant will be used to improve walking and bicycling for its residents through a comprehensive analysis of safety concerns, travel patterns, and infrastructure.
