TPA congratulates the City of Dinuba (a TPA client) for being awarded two grants in the combined total amount of $508,162 from the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Program, administered by the Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG).

The proceeds from these grants will be used to fund both the Dinuba Transit Bus Replacement Project and the Alta Avenue-El Monte Way Traffic Signal Synchronization Project, which seek to reduce carbon emissions, increase regional connectivity, and improve safety.

This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of City leadership to preserve and enhance the quality of life for all of its residents.

It’s also a reflection of the dedication and hard work by TPA Director Richard Harmon to ensure successful grant applications.
