City of Pacifica Secures $151,926

We are honored to announce that TPA has successfully secured $151,926 in competitive funding in partnership with the City of Pacifica through the San Mateo County Transportation Authority Pedestrian and Bicycle (Cycle 7) grant program for the Pacifica Oceana Bike Lane Project.

This transformative funding will create more opportunities for bicycle transportation along Oceana Boulevard, a critical route that connects key educational, business, and residential centers. The award will not only promote cycling as a viable mode of transportation, but will also reduce traffic congestion, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and improve public health by encouraging physical activity.

At TPA, we are proud to champion initiatives that improve and strengthen California communities. This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of the City to provide exceptional services, maintain the safety of its unique community, and steward its environment, coastal beauty, and recreational opportunities.

Once again, congratulations, Pacifica, and thank you to everyone that was involved in this success!
