City of Pinole Secures $700,000

We are thrilled to announce that TPA has successfully secured $700,000 in competitive funding in partnership with the City of Pinole through the California Energy Commission’s Local Government Building Decarbonization Challenge Project grant program!

This transformative funding will support Pinole’s efforts to increase energy efficiency, improve permit processes, adopt local codes and ordinances, and support access to workforce training.

At TPA, we are proud to champion initiatives that improve and strengthen California communities. This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of the City to be efficient, ethical, and effective in delivering quality services with community involvement and fiscal stewardship.
