TPA Hosts City of Murrieta D.C. Advocacy Trip
Last week, Townsend Public Affairs hosted the City of Murrieta in Washington, DC for several productive days of advocacy efforts.
Members of City leadership met with the offices of key federal representatives, including Senator Alex Padilla and Representatives Ken Calvert and Darrell Issa. The delegation also had effective meetings with officials in the Department of Justice, Department of Transportation, Federal Emergency Management Agency, and White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs.
The relationships built and critical conversations fostered during this advocacy trip will help advance the City’s transportation and infrastructure goals, public safety priorities, and economic and community development efforts. Additionally, these critical efforts will help Murrieta continue to pursue its mission to foster a robust, growing, and connected community where residents, families, and business are able to thrive.
Congratulations to Murrieta on another successful advocacy trip! We look forward to our continued partnership to transform your vision into a legacy.
