North County Transit District

TPA is honored that the North County Transit District (NCTD) has asked us to continue to provide state legislative advocacy services to protect and promote their agenda in Sacramento.

NCTD offers services that are a vital part of San Diego’s regional transportation network. NCTD moves more than 12 million passengers annually by providing public transportation for North San Diego County. The family of transit services includes:

COASTER: commuter rail service
SPRINTER: light rail
BREEZE: bus system
FLEX: rural and on-demand service
LIFT: para-transit

Their mission is to deliver safe, convenient, reliable and user-friendly public transportation services. Their vision is to build an integrated transit system that enables their customers to travel easily and efficiently throughout the growing region.
