Eric O’Donnell Promoted to Senior Associate

Townsend Public Affairs, Inc. is proud to announce that Eric O’Donnell has been promoted to the position of Senior Associate in the TPA Southern California Office.

Eric manages a portfolio of several local public agency clients throughout California, including cities, special districts, and non-profit organizations.

Since joining TPA in 2015, Eric has developed policy expertise for a variety of local, state, and federal policy sectors, including water resources, natural resources, local governance, parks and recreation, and transportation. Eric is also responsible for securing millions in competitive grant funds on behalf of TPA local public agency clients.

Prior to joining TPA, Eric spent six years working with the City of Brea in their community services department.

Eric graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton and is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Chapman University.
