TPA is proud and honored to announce that we have been retained by the City of Parlier to provide federal and state advocacy and grant funding services.
Incorporated in 1921, the City of Parlier can be found in the heart of the Central Valley. The City’s namesake derives from the DeParlier family that migrated from Springfield, Illinois to California. Through the family’s general store and their production of wheat, grapes, raisins, and tree fruit came the City’s agricultural claim to fame.
We look forward to supporting the City’s advocacy and funding agendas in Washington, DC and California.

TPA congratulates the City of Aliso Viejo (a TPA client) for breaking ground on their Dairy Fork Wetland and Habitat Restoration Project. The project was funded by a $568,100 grant the City received from the Measure M2 Environmental Cleanup Program administered by the Orange County Transportation Authority.
This regional project will treat runoff from Aliso Viejo, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods and Lake Forest before it enters the Aliso Creek. This includes the removal and mitigation of litter and debris, heavy metals, organic chemicals, and sediment.
The success of this project is a testament to the leadership of the City, led by Major Mike Munzing along with Vice Pro Tem Dave Harrington and Council Members Ross Chun, Bill Phillips, and Phil Tsunoda. And kudos to TPA Senior Associate Cori Williams for helping the City write and win the grant.
