City of Parlier

TPA is proud and honored to announce that we have been retained by the City of Parlier to provide federal and state advocacy and grant funding services.

Incorporated in 1921, the City of Parlier can be found in the heart of the Central Valley.The City’s namesake derives from the DeParlier family that migrated from Springfield, Illinois to California. Through the family’s general store and their production of wheat, grapes, raisins, and tree fruit came the City’s agricultural claim to fame.

We look forward to supporting the City’s advocacy and funding agendas in Washington, DC and California.
