Joe Hansen Speaks at CALCOG Regional Leadership Forum

Last week, TPA Federal Legislative Analyst Joe Hansen joined a panel at the California Association of Councils of Governments (CALCOG) Regional Leadership Forum to discuss Surface Transportation Reauthorization, housing policy, and other key federal initiatives impacting local California governments.

Joined by Andrew Dohrmann (Vice President, Director of Government Relations, TYLin) and Vince Mammano (Director of Strategic Solutions, Mark Thomas), the conversation highlighted the evolving federal landscape and what it means for cities, counties, and regional agencies as they plan for the future. From infrastructure funding opportunities to housing and regulatory priorities, it was an engaging discussion on how local governments can stay proactive and competitive.
