Beaumont Cherry Valley Water District Awarded $1,500,000 for Advanced Metering Infrastructure Project

TPA congratulates the Beaumont Cherry Valley Water District (a TPA client) for being awarded a grant in the amount of $1,500,000 from the WaterSMART Water and Energy Efficiency Grant Program administered by the United States Bureau of Reclamation.

The District will use these funds for their Advanced Metering Infrastructure Project. This project will allow the District to install new water meters and upgrade previously installed water meters ensuring that all residential water meters in the District have this advanced water infrastructure capable technology.

This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of the leadership of the District to be a leader in water resource management while providing their customers with safe, affordable, and reliable drinking water.
