City of Westminster Secures $445,000

Feb 24, 2025

We are thrilled to announce that TPA has successfully secured $445,000 in competitive funding in partnership with the City of Westminster through the Southern California Association of Governments‘ Sustainable Communities Grant Program!

This transformative funding will enhance the safety and accessibility of walking and bicycling routes for students across all 21 public schools within the city. The project focuses on rapid deployment of infrastructure improvements such as crosswalk enhancements, bike lanes, and traffic calming measures. These quick-build strategies are designed to create safer, more inviting pathways for students, encouraging increased physical activity and reducing traffic congestion during school commutes.

At TPA, we are proud to champion initiatives that improve and strengthen California communities. This latest achievement is another example of the commitment of the City to provide the highest quality of service, ensuring that Westminster is a desirable place to live, work, play, and do business.

Once again, congratulations, Westminster, and thank you to everyone that was involved in this success!
